Joining the 6 month challenge entitles those receiving ongoing supports to free:

1.Indiviualised Nutrition plan Backed by science this is an alternative way to ensure the best foods and nutrition meet present functioning in relation to your changing biochemistry and health needs. Support provided to keep costs to a minimum and the process enjoyable. Great way to address general health from your nervous system up. Provides optimal conditions for healing and efficiency of medicines.
 
2. Wellness Recovery Action Planning.  Sets the framework for how you want to be supported so all members of your medical and care team are on the same page. With roots in self advocacy, this is a  legal and living document designed to empower, protect and most importantly, improve quality of life as a management tool. Developed by people with lived experience of mental health challenges over 30 years ago, and used in countries around the world.  
 
3. Medibank Private Top Extras Cover. Ensuring dental and other allied health requirements that may not be included in your care plan, are accessible at minimal out of pocket expense.
